Terms of Service

Seek API Terms of Service.

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seek API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seek API provides a platform for developers to publish, deploy, and monetize asynchronous worker functions exposed via REST API. The Service includes the marketplace, dashboard, CLI tooling, and associated infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized scraping at scale
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content

5. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed per worker run. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Revenue Share

Creator plan users who publish public workers are eligible for revenue share. Seek API retains 30% of all credits spent by callers on public workers. The remaining 70% is credited to the worker publisher's account and paid out monthly above a $10 threshold.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code you deploy as workers. By publishing a worker publicly, you grant Seek API a non-exclusive license to display and make your worker callable through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seek API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
